digital receiver and signal processor, high precision antenna/pedestal
drive train, and a choice of full-featured control and
display systems.
The DWSR-2501C Doppler radar system has the precision
to go beyond just the measurement of rainfall intensity,
it also predicts the likelihood of hazardous activity,
detects the conditions for hail, forcasts floods,
and analyzes the behavior of winds inside a storm
for early detection and tracking of tornadoes and
severe weather events.
The standard features of the DWSR-2501C offer improved
performance and reliability over other weather radar
systems. More stable operation contributes to overall
system precision and accuracy, and increased reliability
