ALLYSON V. TURNBULL, PRESIDENT

Ms. Allyson Turnbull was named President of Enterprise Electronics Corporation in December 2007. Since joining EEC in 2001, Ms. Turnbull has served as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Turnbull brought with her over 22 years of experience in a commercial manufacturing environment, as well as, an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of EEC’s business.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama with a major in Accounting and has completed advanced courses in management, accounting and finance while pursuing her Masters in Accounting at Mississippi State University and The University of Alabama.

MICHAEL KNIGHT, ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC) Engineering Development Manager, Mr. Knight is responsible for the activities of EEC's Hardware and Software Engineering units. In this capacity, Mr. Knight is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation, and proven success of these units. Mr. Knight directs EEC's Engineering Department through the design, manufacture, and testing and integration of components.
Mr. Knight attended Engerprise Junior College with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Mr. Knight has completed numerous in-house training programs ranging from management courses to advanced computer / technical courses.
Mr. Knight has been employed with EEC for twenty-eight (28) years. Mr. Knight has an outstanding working knowledge of weather radar systems and brings excellent leadership skills to the EEC team.

DOUGLAS TEAGLE, VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Mr. Teagle joined Enterprise Electronics Corporation in August 2007 bringing with him over 24 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, process improvement and product/project management.
He received his Associate of Science in Electro Mechanical Engineering from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and his Bachelor of Science in Electro Mechanical Engineering from Miami University.

FRANK E. SLOAN, VICE PRESIDENT - INTERNATIONAL SALES

Mr. Sloan joined Enterprise Electronics Corporation in January 1987, bringing
with him 20 years of experience on high power radar systems and technical writing
while serving in the U.S. Navy. He worked in the Engineering Department when
he first joined the company and moved to the Marketing Department in 1993.
In addition to the extensive technical training obtained during his military
career, Mr. Sloan holds an Associates Degree in liberal arts from Pensacola
Junior College, Pensacola, Florida. |

CHRIS GOODE, VP MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Goode joined Enterprise Electronics Corporation in January 2008 bringing with him over 11 years of experience in sales and marketing. Recently, Mr. Goode held the position of North American Sales Manager, Media Division for EEC’s sister company, Weather Services International (WSI).
He is a graduate of The University of Montana and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Journalism. Mr. Goode has also received certification in weather forecasting, weather radar interpretation and weather observation from the United States Air Force Meteorological Training Center.

MICHAEL W. UELTZEN, DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL SALES

Born in Austria and raised in Germany, Michael “Mike” Ueltzen joined the
EEC marketing staff in 1972. Mike received his BSFS Degree from Georgetown
University’s “School of Foreign Service” where he majored in International
Economics and International Finance. In 1984 Mike was appointed EEC’s Director
of International Sales, a position which he still holds today. From EEC’s
International Office in Arlington, Virginia, Mike and his staff manage
EEC’s world-wide representative network and oversee all of EEC’s international
sales and marketing efforts.

KURT KLEESS, DIRECTOR
OF INTERNATIONAL MARKETING

After receiving his Sales and Marketing Degree from Bosch Electronics
GmbH (Bonn, Germany) in 1976, Kurt Kleess joined EEC in 1979. At the
same time Kurt enrolled at George Wallace College, Dothan, Alabama where
he received his Electrical Engineering Degree in 1981.
Starting in 1982 Kurt managed EEC’s European and
North African Service Center from the European office
in Bonn, Germany and in 1993 Kurt joined the marketing
staff at EEC’s International office in Arlington,
Virginia.
Throughout his years with EEC Kurt has successfully
completed several Advanced Engineering courses at
the George Washington University (Washington, D.C.),
all specifically related to Doppler weather radars
and digital signal processing. |

SUE MARKERT, SENIOR
CONTRACTS MANAGER

Sue is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating
as a member of the National Honor Society in 1964, Sue began her career
as an administrative assistant at a major bank in Philadelphia. She moved
on to an administrative position at a large international bank in Los Angeles,
California and then to an architectural products firm in Santa Barbara,
California where she worked as assistant to the president.
Since 1978 Sue has held the position of Senior Contracts
Manager for EEC International, handling all marketing,
contract and administrative efforts from the EEC international
office in Arlington, Virginia. |
