Our unique position
in the weather systems industry, coupled with over 30 years
experience, allows Enterprise Electronics Corporation
to offer a wide variety of services including site surveys,
operator and maintenance training, on-site maintenance,
and custom research.
Site Surveys
With over 800 installations worldwide and many of them
supplied as “turn-key” solutions, Enterprise Electronics
Corporation is uniquely qualified to provide custom “site
surveys"
in virtually any geographical setting.
A detailed site survey will provide the customer with
specific radar siting criteria and clearance requirements.
This includes the maximum distance from the radar transmitter
to the pedestal, the facilities requirements, power requirements,
and any unique climatalogical requirements.
Additionally, when we provide a complete site survey, detailed facility requirements and installation plans will
be included with the radar package as part of
the overall publications package included with the radar
system.
Program Management
A Program Manager (PM) is assigned early during the project
development phase. The Program Manager is responsible for
all program operations and coordination. The first responsibility
of the PM is refining and implementing the Master Project
Plan and Schedule developed during the proposal generation
phase. The Master Project Plan is based on the milestone
schedule requirements of the customer. The plan consists
of task assignments, milestone guidelines for completion
of tasks, manufacturing, system integration and testing,
subcontract schedule, facility preparation, and installation.
Training
During the past 30 years, Enterprise Electronics Corporation
has prepared and conducted over 200 training courses at
various sites around the world and in the Enterprise, Alabama
factory. Each course is specifically developed for the
type of radar being supplied and in accordance with all customer requirements.
